Length mismatch when importing purple air data

I can import smaller chunks of Purple Air data, but when I extend the timeframe, I continually get a ValueError exception on the length of the data frame columns.

I was able to import data from 2021-1-1 to 2021-7-1 with no issue, so I am thinking there is some issue when trying to import data for more than a year?

Looks like the data get saved in the raw data directory after all. Not sure where in the pipeline the error is thrown.
