After looking at the power input circuit, I found that the presentation of the n_channel mosfet symbol has the gate and the drain swapped. The pin name and numbers are correct but the schematic representation is wrong.
The ENABLE_STUFF is an output pin from from the OSD3358 (USB0_DRVVBUS) and should drive gate1 at Q16. Furthermore, drain1 at Q16 should be able to pull gate2 at Q16 down. Otherwise it doesn't make sense.
Also, according to the manufacturer diodes.com, the DMC2038LVT is not recommended for new design. They recommended to use their successor: DMC2053UVT
