will torch-xpu-ops support building with clang as host compiler on linux ? #954

Hi, @gglin001, Could you please try turn the condition on for Clang compiler? And I guess there would be a slight change to enable Clang. Could you have a PR for it?

actually not, the torchgen.gen headers in torch-xpu-ops will have duplicate symbols with pytorch generated, clang will fail this

and torch-xpu-ops cannot work with lld linker, duplicate symbols reported
