Motivation

https://www.jhauser.us/arithmetic/TestFloat.html can be used to help validate fp components. ROHD-HCL should setup
some infrastructure to leverage this capability.

Desired solution

Integrate testfloat somehow, perhaps as a submodule and create parsers for its output to drive ROHD testbenches for FP
components.

Alternatives considered

Extracting corner cases by hand as random tests in FP rarely hit extremes that cause failures. Still, compliance with testfloat
could be quite useful.

Is there more to this than a static list of vectors? If not, then avoiding the dependency and just saving the vectors seems nicer.
