Just checking if it's intentional or overlook.

v2.18.2 is totally same as v2.18.1 , only difference is the version ID,
it is used to cover up a mistake during 2.18.1 tag operation.
I guess one 2.18.2 release is more suitable. will mark it as a release if you have no other concern.

Sure! I saw Debian uscan complaining about tag but no release 😉 so I reported.
