Cannot align the driver version with all KMD and UMD versions

I notice that the latest driver version for Flex series is 419.40 currently, which is released on 20220914 （Same for Arc-A series as well). However, this 419.40 version cannot align with the versions of all KMD and run-time packages. Making a unified and consistent version for all the driver packages might be very helpful for checking and managing, especially when there are more released versions in the future. Thanks.
For example, the packages version could be aligned as the following:

intel-platform-cse-dkms_419.40-subversion.deb
pmt_419.40-subversion.deb
