External users should be directed directly to iblrigv8 instead of the older v7

deprecate the Xonar sound card
make sure Josh ships the Hifi module as the default sound card
~~merge Iblrigv8 #438~~ (see comment below)
update README to point to the documentation

I ended up not merging #438 and instead made iblrigv8 the new main branch
