Company Master with Synonym

Provide a way to define companies and group their name variations and "synonyms".
Use the company information for the reports that count session by company.

Assumptions

• Company master is global to the system and not specific to an event.

Actions

• Define a simple Company and Synonym data model (4)
• Add Maintenace Pages (8)
• From a Session add a company as a Synonym to an existing company (or start a new Company) (4)
• Merge Companies (16): One becomes the master, the other a synonym. All synonyms are merged and de-duplicated
• Highlight sessions with companies not on the master (including synonyms) and allow for quick creation. (8)
• Adjust "Company Counts" within the "Acceptance Report" (4)
