Update integration package go to support new runtime metrics

The current instana integration package for go supports dashboard to visualize go runtime metrics. But according to the opentelemetry-go-contrib repo, these metrics are deprecated, while the new metrics can be found here.

The integration package needs to be updated to reflect the new runtime metrics by adding a new dashboard.
