"Marked as Done" pill reopens after moderator resets "Done status"

Description:

When the moderator resets the Done status for all participants, the "Marked as Done" pill automatically reopens for them. This should not happen.

Expected Behavior:
After the moderator resets the Done status, the "Marked as Done" pill should remain closed unless a participant actively marks it again.

this is not a bug, it only showed the pill again because the voting or whatever was still going on. if a voting is active and a moderator decides to reset the done status, then yes, the pill pops up again. but that makes sense and there's also no good way to prevent this imo

Update: Only occurs when timer runs out and reset toast is clicked
