Description text for columns

Description: We need a new input field for a description text that should be placed directly below the header of each column. When a column is selected for editing, both the header and the new description field should open and be editable simultaneously. This should be visually represented by a dashed line around the two areas (see screenshot).

Requirements:

• Add an additional input field for the description text directly below the header of each column
• Both areas (header and description field) should open for editing when a column is selected
• A visual separation using the dashed line
• An intuitive solution needs to be found for the placement and functionality of the "Save" and "Cancel" buttons
