Additional command: Check

It would be advantageous to have an additional command to be used for services that check image health, package freshness etc...

An example of this would be periodic check that spins up an image with the check command which reports or alerts on installed application and library versions. This would be useful when running applications such as Drupal where you want to ensure you're running the latest core and module versions available.
