THIS IS JUST A REMINDER FOR OPENHOSPITAL v.1.7.4 @ WOLISSO:

We have to introduce a warning on the OPD window in order to force the Doctor to fill in the Kebele field if missing (it's compulsory only since 2019-10-14)
