Enhancement - Support Alias records

We are moving further toward Infrastructure as Code. Our service providers are sharing "aliases" for the top level domain setting, providing them the flexibility of exposing their infrastructure via CNAME instead of IP addresses. Basically, the use case for the ALIAS record.

The api functionality exists within the product. Please add the type to the terraform provider!
