[BUG] - files not loading on build

I'm running on couple issues on fresh theme installation wp boilerplate init-setup theme --g_project_name='Uhy'.

After installation when I run npm run build I can see all files in public folder but on frontend and in WP dashboard files are not loaded, they have wrong hash, here is couple screenshots:

After npm start there is even more errors:

I see you are using http and https combinations here. What is you primary protocol?

By default it was http and I replaced it with https, in webpack I have this
