Given lists of ID and rectangular ROI (pixel coords) for individual monitors, and the overall ROI(pixel coords) of the outline wall space : generate .piwall compatible syntax. Extension : feature to merge .piwall sections into an existing .piwall file (not strictly necessary, this is an infrequent task easily done by hand).

Branch dotpiwall created for this feature.
P1 commit a16b9fe provides first conversion of model.Wall to .piwall using ByOrder and assuming host prefix 'pi'.
