卸载后右键菜单空白，地址栏空白 #404

系统环境:

操作系统: win11 最新

复现步骤为，卸载后打开文件资源管理器，发现地址栏是空白，以及右键菜单也是空白。。。

这个时候只有重启explorer才可以好，并且还会随机出现

尝试过的方法:

重新安装qttabbar，然后使用qttabbar自带的卸载工具，再次卸载
升级win11版本，重启

均无效
