As far as I remember I had translated everything with in http://inasafe.org/fr/user-docs/toolbar.html, but now only the titles remain. Are there been some changes in the text that would have made the French translation obsolete?

So for reference, the french translation stats are here:

https://www.transifex.com/timlinux/inasafe/language/fr/

We have been making many changes to the documentation, although I note that the toolbar has not been changed in last 9 months. Could you give some indication of when last you worked on it? I am CC'ing in Iyan and Ismail as they work more closely to the translation system and can hopefully help.

https://www.transifex.com/timlinux/inasafe/translate/#fr/user-docs-toolbar/15507534 says the sentences that I translated are two years old, so it is before the changes made 9 months ago.

Hi @severinmenard
I check in the link https://www.transifex.com/timlinux/inasafe/translate/#fr/user-docs-toolbar/50689079
Yes, only the title is translated. It seems the strings have been updated/modified. And the translation have gone. Perhaps the update happened between 2 years - 9 months ago *like you said.

But, transifex has a good feature, suggestion, and we can see similar string to the untranslated string. We can use it to make us faster to translate it again. This also happens in InaSAFE plugin translation.

I am not sure, but it seems slight changes in the string will remove the old translation, and put the old translation in the suggestion.

Hope it helps.

Hi @ismailsunni
Thanks for the check and the explanation. What seems a bit weird is that the translation seems to match totally with the EN text. Eg:
Afin d'utiliser |project_name| de manière efficace, vous devriez consulter également la documentation sur :doc:keywords et :doc:impact_functions avant de commencer.
In order to use the |project_name| tool effectively, you should probably also read the :doc:keywords and :doc:impact_functions documentation before you get started.
The only difference I could find is that "probably" is not literally translated.
Would like to know how Transifex: does really any change to the master "kill" the translation and make the text appear in English in any language? If so, is it not a setting that could be changed? I do not see well how all the translators could change immediately everything that is modified in the master. I have been participating at Transifex based projects so far and this is the first time this occurs.
