Docs need to be deployed on to the new server

Docs need to be deployed on the partition to be used for running docker containers on the new server. Again the setup and deployment of the http://docs.inasfe.org site must be scripted via Ansible, as must the whole docker containers server. Docs container must be orchestrated with docker-compose.

I have created a docker-compose.yml for both docs.inasafe.org and staging.docs.inasafe.org and a cronscript to run these on the inasafe-docker server (5.9.160.107) running

I have also update the service info on:

https://github.com/AIFDR/inasafe/wiki/Service-docs.inasafe.org

for staging I could point to this one too.

To check make sure that docs.qgis.org and staging.docs.qgis.org are pointing to 5.9.160.107

Some notes:

• github master is still the old version of the website
• BUT docs.qgis.org is serving a new (develop) branch?
• I've added a 'last build' footer in develop, but there is an extra footer popping up now
• plz let me know how to proceed: update cloudflare dns? BUT then docs.qgis.org will show the old version...
