Unable redirect to donation confirmation page.

Hi,

I have developed a custom module to create the subscription along with the donation programmatically, it is worked. However, the browser is not able to redirect to the donation confirmation page. May have a look at the screenshot

The page is blank and the URL in the address bar is same like the "success_redirect" value when I initiate the payment in the payment gateway module

But if I proceed with the donation as ONE-TIME donation, there is no redirection issue.

I used the wp_safe_redirect in my custom module to do the redirection, but it did not work.

Couple initial questions:

1. Are you using the GiveWP gateway api?
2. Does your gateway use a webhook to complete the payment/donation?
