Console echo for put_char and put_byte

Actually, the instruction put_char has console echo when running with "ivm run", but not put_byte. We think that both instructions should print to console (char or byte respectively), mainly to facilitate experiments. (The other implementations in c should do the same too).

Ok. I think it makes sense to add this as an option.
