Contributors pictures are not displayed

Hello!

The contributors pictures are not displayed on the project GitLab page under People > Contributors.

After a brief investigation I figured out that GitLab API doesn't allow to use the search endpoint on private email addresses for security reasons (https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/issues/351920) therefore the feature to work on GitLab.com the search should work by name returned from contributors endpoint.
