Hello I have tried various commands but my local changes in the code are not being reflected in the app docker is not loading the changes which i have made in the file .

Initially I tried to correct the error using inspect element and changing the code there but when I changed it in the file , it did not reflect in the localapp.

I tried docker-compose up --build . I have taken the docker-compose.yml which was provided by @SKBotNL and added the path to the file . I tried deleting the image and then rebuilding it but it also did not work .

Try using this Dockerfile instead https://github.com/immich-app/immich/blob/main/docker/docker-compose.dev.yml.
I think you can run it easily by being in the root directory of Immich's source code and running make dev

Fyi, in your current/old setup I don't think you're even building it.
Note that in immich-server:latest /usr/src/app/web doesn't even exist:
