v1.124.x & v1.125.x - Immich nightly regenerating thumbnails for entire 130k photos

Hi all;

Since I upgraded from 1.123.x tp 1.124.x and then 1.125.x, my docker Immich has been doing nightly jobs of 130k photos (external library and Immich backed) assets. It also does a large number of facial recognition files. The two respective phones using the android app are only taking 2-10 photos daily, not 130k.

I have no idea why this is occurring, no changes have been made to the host system.

Can someone help me diagnose this? I have verbose logging on, but it's getting flooded with each asset getting processed.

Very annoying, it heats my server up, loud fans kick in, kids wake up. (yes I know, I need a new case).
