I can't reproduce this. Have you changed any of the transcoding settings? If you run Refresh encoded videos from the asset viewer menu, does that fix it?

i disabled transcoding, so i think this is something relevant to browser

Transcoding is there to make sure videos work well on all clients. If you disable it, expect things to break.
