Hey @imightbeamy

Just came across this project via https://support.google.com/calendar/thread/10108651?hl=en which has a number of people talking about some of it's issues from new UI updates.

I noticed that there haven't been any updates here in quite a while, as well as there being outstanding issues/pull requests to fix some of these issues (eg. #81). I get the feeling that you might not have the time to keep this up to date due to competing priorities, etc.

I was wondering if you were open to accepting contributors, either within this repo itself, or by transferring it to a new GitHub organisation where the open-source community can help contribute/maintain it?

Hope to hear back from you!

Hey @0xdevalias (& anyone else coming across this issue),

It looks like there is now a fork of this extension: "Cal Merge for Google Calendar" that is actively maintained and has added additional features including disabling the "candy cane" effect and giving merged events a gradient 🌈.

Repo: https://github.com/HCAWN/gcal-multical-event-merge
Webstore: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/cal-merge-for-google-cale/dchpdbljalbfnelbfbgncfidhjoibkah

Hope this is useful :)
