Events don't return to full width when calendar turned on then off #72

Browser: Chrome 72.0.3626.96
OS: Mac 10.14.3

Steps to reproduce

In "other calendars" on the left, turn on a calendar that has some of the same events as one of your calendars
- Result: event is merged and striped with 2 colors (as expected)
Turn that same calendar off again

Expected result: it looks as if you never turned on the other calendar
Actual result: events that were merged are now thinner

Workaround: refresh the page
