some program (not system program) can open eco mode by myself, but energy star didn't help me to open.

i have same problem, programe includ: syncTrayzor, logiOptions, chrome, edge, adobe*, MSoffice, samsungMagician......

You can check your process Session Id, if is Session 0，It doesn't do anything。

in my computer a lot of process that Session Id is "1" but doesnt open the eco mode
