После истечения даты параметра deadline якорь #block не работает #22

Согласно докментации
// Дата, после которой скрипт не запустится (кроме якоря #block)
deadline: +new Date("Thu Aug 01 2013 16:00:00 GMT+0400 (MSK)"),

На практике, если выставить дату, например
deadline: +new Date("Mon Jul 15 2013 16:00:00 GMT+0400 (MSK)"),

ссылка с якорем #block не обработается и страница блокировки не будет показана
