Branches not showing in header branches select box

Describe the bug
I logged with admin and in header, branches select box just shows me the main and add branch
if the system should be like that the admin a have access to all branches then its an issue or if you don't want the admin to see all branches in the select box then close the issue please

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Settings > Branch
2. Create new branch
3. Click on branches select box at header
4. it just shows main and add branch

Expected behavior
it should show branches to admin and switch between them
