Don't know how to catch these. Seems like something is being run on first login that shoves them in at the end.

possible there's some dot-file similar to /var/db/.AppleSetupDone that's being added to the home directory somewhere. Would faking that file break the account?

Did Apple stop doing this? Or did I just run the user playbook twice?

Would rather not screw with System files, but here's one solution:

OSXCasperScripts/cfgScripts/cfgsysDockFixupRemove.sh
