Let's not forget some formal stuff that may not be crucial but makes the project look better:

  • Add a license
  • Add linting, .editorconfig
  • Prepare for unit tests
  • Configure CI
  • Setup roadmap/milestones
  • Write a Readme
  • Have documentation (but where?)

Turn this list into issues when agreed on.
