Hello, recently i come across the idea of making own input character collection that is suitable for Hong Kong.
The reason behind is that even a input method that is prone to duplicate code, when facing the whole unicode character set, there are many rarely used character that appeared in the selection list.
The question I would like to share with you is, do you think using your "supplement character set" with some kind of common character set ,eg the one from cuhk, https://humanum.arts.cuhk.edu.hk/Lexis/lexi-can/faq.php ,~7000 characters, is enough for average daily use in HK? Thanks for your time.
