MustableSequence in collections was deprecated in Python 3.3 and has been removed in 3.10 so will need to update:

iot-python/src/wiotp/sdk/api/registry/diag.py

Line 13 in 1bda780

from collections import defaultdict, MutableSequence

The suggested soltuion is to import it from collections.abc instead
