This issue is to track and discuss java microprofile e2e workflow

I tried the microprofile and it worked.
The only thing that didn't work right was debugging with appsody debug and attaching.

But using codewind debug worked for me and used break points succesfullly
I tried perf and app metrics, but it failed with errors I opened an issue here eclipse-archived/codewind-java-profiler#8

@Hemankita would be good for you to review the guide also
