Windows 10 problem

I am using windows 10 and when I try to use software I get the following message

error: no plugin found for accounts_ui.styl in ian:accounts-ui-bootstrap-3; a plugin for *.styl was active when it was published but none is now

Actually it worked with the meteor ui before installing the ian ui
