Adjust Tic-Tac-Toe heading alignment and styling

The "Tic Tac Toe" heading in the current design is misaligned and does not look centered or properly styled (as shown in the attached image). I can adjust the alignment and improve the font styling to make the heading more visually appealing and aligned with the rest of the design.

I would like to work on this issue. Could you please assign it to me? @iamparas0
It would be great if you could assign it under gssoc-ext and hacktoberfest2024 along with the level labels
