Fixing the Tie Status, User Personalization and UI

If the game ties, no message is displayed on the web page.

The web page looks the same before and after signing up/ logging in. The user's registered name and other personal details specific to that particular user are not shown which may cause confusion as to whether the user has actually logged in or not in the first place.

The header part of the tic-tac-toe board is not rightly placed at the center and the header moves up when the game ends in a win.
The footer is quite large and blocks the board from being completely visible.

I would like to contribute and fix these issues.
Please assign this issue to me.
