Obsidian’s markdown has the feature of highlighting text surrounded by ==
I think they just replace == with the html mark tag. So that
==text==
Becomes
<mark>text</mark>

I'm looking for this too. Now in nvim, ==text== is highlighted, but preview page in web brower is not.
