SpeedyBee F405 Wing - alternate target with PINIO support?

There is alternate inav target for the (old!) Matek F405-WING which replaces UART 6 with a PINIO interface. TX6 for PINIO USER 1 and RX6 for PINIO USER 2. I am not a programmer but you'd figure that since the new SpeedyBee board uses the same CPU the same capability should be possible?

I'd happily exchange up one or more of the lesser-used pins in exchange for pinio support.
