Current Behavior
I am thinking of switching to iNav from BetaFlight. I see from the documentation that iNav has an emphasis on higher level behaviors using GPS.
Desired Behavior
I want to be able to program my own custom behaviors which do not involve GPS. Something similar to pushing a button and doing a flip. This post from the BetaFlight forum betaflight/betaflight#4188 seems to suggest that iNav can help with such an issue. If this is functionality that iNav already allows, could someone please give me a brief overview of how I might begin to do this?
Suggested Solution
If this feature is already present, perhaps this post can help others with this need find out more information on how to use it. If it is not present, do you know of another software that helps with this? Perhaps this has to be handled using OpenTX rather than the flight controller?
Who does this impact? Who is this for?
Anyone wanting to create custom behaviors for their platform. I like that iNav is able to support boats and cars in additions to aircraft. In my specific case, I have a morphing aircraft and would like the morphing behavior to be programmed onto a button that can be pressed during flight.
