"Distance to closest aircraft" logic condition operand

Desired Behavior

Can we please get a logic condition operand that holds the current distance to the closes radar aircraft.
Relative velocity would be great too if possible.
Would allow automatic switching of OSD, and automatic throttle control for close chasing.

Suggested Solution

Add distance to closest aircraft, and relative velocity of closest aircraft, to logic conditions.

Anyone using radar and/or waypoint missions (if radar aircraft are just moving waypoints)
