1. Download below file.

2. Download just 16.6 version folder.
   16.6.zip

3. Put inside the below path.
   /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/DeviceSupport/

4. Restart the XCode.

Hope Issue will be resolved.
