I2pbote package released on the site still uses deprecated and removed Pack200 compression inside.
Support for this compression was deprecated in Java 11 and removed in Java 13.

Please provide a package that does not use this compression to allow it to be installed on I2P ran using a newer JVM.
The difference in size should be very small anyway compared to the standard war/jar.
