A variable proposed to be discussed by Charly Coussot:

PID of Variable: https://w3id.org/ozcar-theia/c_405693da

Variable Description: This is describing the monitoring of carbon dioxide exchange between to environmental compartments: peatland and atmosphere

Property (label): Molar flux

Object of Interest (label): Carbon dioxide

Matrix (label):

Context Object(s) (label): Peatland atmosphere interface

Constraint(s) (label) and which Entity it constraints: Flowing between peatland and atmosphere

Dimension Information: rate of molar flow per unit of area

Applicable Unit(s): kg.m-2.s-1

See hier another example modelled differently: https://i-adopt.github.io/examples/Challenge/6.ttl.html
Mass flux of carbon into soil from vegetation due to senescence. Hier the compartment where the ObjectofInterest flows into is described as the matrix whereas the compartment from which it flows is the ContextObject.

We can solve this also with the system concept as explained in this pattern for the matrix with new properties like from and to.
