In conus404_ba_hourly README.md state that the config file is the same as conus404-ba_hourly.yml

*It would be useful to state that the configuration file is conus404-ba_hourly.yml and that it describes the paths to conus404-ba_hourly_metadata.csv, and var_list.csv files.
