Service not starting and some apps take a while to launch

Stuff like pavucontrol and nautilus were launching slowly and followed the hyprland wiki installed xdg-desktop-portal and xdg-desktop-portal-hyprland, created and added "the nuclear script" in the wiki as exec-once but xdph doesn't seem to start no matter what I do and this is the output I get when I run

Same thing, I always have to manually start it. It should get started by dbus though.
