Make a window fade and hide (by movement) (and unfade and show)

How to have this script make it so the window fades away and hides when not toggled, and unhides then unfade when toggled. Its supposed to slide across the screen, either up or down, and gradually fade. Then disappear until toggled where it will go from where it has hidden last to and slide back to its original position. (While the opacity changes)
