How to access raw captured data

Decompress the data.7z file which contains all the MongoDB data volume.
If you don't have Docker installed on your system, install it first.
On a terminal window, navigate to this folder and run docker-compose up -d.
The docker-compose.yml file will setup a MongoDB v3.6 in a container running on your system with the default port exposed (27017).
