Help setting up Hypermail ???

Hello,
I was hoping to contact someone who could help
me setup HTML Hypermail on my website to have a
small foreum for tracking messages. I am not a
programmer and it seems a bit deep to me. I
downloaded and read most of the documents on
the hypermail.org site but again, it seems just a little
bit over my head.
